Topaz Restaurant

Our restaurant, Topaz, is located at No.336 on the 1st Main Road in the 7th Block of Koramangala. A lot of people find us by looking for the HDFC Bank, since we are right opposite to it. If you know Koramangala, you know how the traffic can be, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. It gets pretty loud outside, but we have been at this spot for a long time now. We are just a basic restaurant. We do not have any fancy lights or expensive decor. It is just a place to get some food and sit down for a bit. The staff has been here for years, so we all know how the kitchen runs. Sometimes we have a bad day where something breaks, or we are short-handed because someone had to go back to their village, but we always stay open. We see a lot of students and office workers because of where we are. It is a busy block, and there is always something happening on the street outside. We just keep doing what we do. We are not trying to be the most popular place in Bangalore; we just want to be a reliable spot where you can get a meal. It is a lot of work and the hours are long, but we are used to it. That is just how it is for us here.
