Tonira Pharma Ltd. is located over at D/6 in Gokul Society, right on Valia Road in the Gidc area. Being near Ragini Cinema means there’s always people around, especially in the evenings when a movie is letting out. Our place is more about the scientific side of things, though. We’ve got the lab areas and the storage, all kept pretty strictly regulated. It’s a lot of white coats and hairnets, which isn’t exactly fashionable, but it’s necessary for what we do. The paperwork is probably the most tedious part of the day, as everything has to be logged and checked twice. Kapodra is a busy spot, so the commute can be a bit of a grind. Inside the building, it’s mostly quiet, save for the sound of the air filtration systems. We don’t really have big corporate meetings; instead, we just gather in the break room to go over the day’s schedule. The post at Bhadkora handles our mail, and there’s always a stack of envelopes waiting to be opened. We’ve been part of this society for a while now, and it feels like home. It’s not a flashy business. We just focus on the batches we’re running and making sure the equipment is maintained. Sometimes we stay late when a test is running, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. It’s honest, steady work for all of us and we stay busy.
