This is Timken Engg & Research India Pvt Ltd. We are located at 1, 27th Main, 6th Cross in Ejipura. It’s near the Vivek Nagar Post in Bangalore. This place is mostly about technical stuff and looking into how things are built. We have a team here that spends a lot of time on computers and looking at drawings. The office is in a busy part of Bangalore, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s an ordinary building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our desks and some equipment for the research side of things. We deal with engineering problems. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their work. We have a small break area where we drink coffee and talk about the weekend. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. The neighborhood has some good food spots nearby, which is nice for lunch. We aren’t really a shop where people just walk in off the street. It is more about the projects we have on hand. Every day is a bit different depending on what the engineers are looking at. We just try to get the work done right and keep things moving. It’s a decent place to work and we know the area well. There is always a stack of old files near the entrance that we need to archive one day.
