Times Corner

Our shop, Times Corner, is located in the 4th Block of Jayanagar on 27th Cross. We are right next to the Citi Bank ATM, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. Jayanagar is a nice area, quite green compared to the rest of the city, and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood here. We deal with watches and timepieces mostly. It's a small space, filled with the sound of ticking and the smell of old oil and metal. People come in with watches that belonged to their grandfathers or just cheap ones that need a new battery. We sit at the back with our magnifying glasses and small screwdrivers. It’s quiet work, requiring a bit of patience. Sometimes someone drops by just to ask the time or see if we can fix a strap that broke. We aren't a big showroom. It’s more of a traditional setup where you can talk directly to the person fixing your watch. The ATM next door brings in a lot of foot traffic, so we see many different faces throughout the day. We’ve been at this address, 313/18-1, for a good bit of time. It’s just how we make our living, one watch at a time. No big speeches or anything, just keeping the clocks running for the folks around Jayanagar 4th Block. We've got plenty of clocks to wind up before we close up for the night.
