Tilt Gastropub

Tilt Gastropub is over in Koramangala VI Bk, specifically on Snehkunj Colony Road in the Vyara area of Surat 99. It is an interesting spot because of where it sits. We have a mix of all kinds of people coming through the door. The bar is the main focus, and we spend a lot of time polishing glasses and making sure the taps are working right. The music is usually playing in the background, but not so loud that you can't talk. We have some tall stools and some lower tables depending on what people like. The kitchen is right in the back and you can usually hear the pans clanking around during dinner time. We aren't a high-end place with white tablecloths. We have wooden surfaces that show a bit of wear and tear, which gives it a comfortable feel. The staff here is pretty laid back. We just want people to have a place to sit for a bit after work. Some nights are really packed and we are running around quite a bit. Other times it is just a few locals sitting at the bar talking about their day. We keep the place open late, so we see the city change as the night goes on. It is just a regular pub doing its thing in Surat. We don't worry too much about being the trendiest place around, we just focus on the people who show up.
