Sri Nandhanna Facility Services

Our office is on the 4th floor of the P. Srinivas Building, right across from Gurukul’S Sports Academy on Varthur Road. It’s a busy area and being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. At Sri Nandhanna Facility Services, we spend our time managing different tasks for buildings and offices. This usually means a lot of scheduling for cleaning crews or maintenance staff. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't some high-end corporate firm. We are just local people who know how to keep a building running properly. Most of our work happens away from the office, at the places we look after. We stay busy with phone calls and making sure the supplies are stocked up. Varthur Road is always growing, so there is always something new happening. We like being part of this neighborhood. We don't use fancy jargon to explain our work. If a pipe is leaking or a floor needs scrubbing, we just find the right person for it. It’s practical work that needs to be done right. We've been in this building for a while now and most of our neighbors know us. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the list. It’s just us doing our bit to keep things clean and functional.
