Three Quarter Chinese

Church Street is one of those places in Bangalore that never really seems to sleep, and we are right in the heart of it at number twenty-two. Being near the Amoeba Complex means there is always a lot of music and noise and people laughing right outside. At Three Quarter Chinese, we focus on the daily tasks of running a restaurant in such a busy neighborhood. The kitchen is always going, and the staff is constantly moving between the tables and the back. It is a tight space, but we have learned how to navigate around each other over the years. We see a lot of young people and students who are out for the evening. The street is famous for its atmosphere, and we are just glad to have a spot here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the windows because of the dust from the street, but it is part of the job. It is not always easy to manage everything when the weekend rush hits, but we do our best to stay on top of things. We have been on Church Street for a while now, and we have seen the street change quite a bit. Despite the changes, our daily routine of prepping ingredients and serving customers stays the same. It is just a regular part of Bangalore life for us, working here and seeing the city go by.
