Therelek Engineers is based in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 70-71 in the 3rd Phase. Peenya is a huge place, but we’ve been in this particular spot long enough that we could navigate it in our sleep. We do heavy engineering work here. That means heat, metal, and a lot of technical drawings. It’s the kind of environment where you’re always learning something new because a project never goes exactly as planned. The 3rd Phase is a bit more industrial than some other parts, but we like the energy of it. There are always trucks moving and people working. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and younger ones who are still picking up the tricks of the trade. We don't spend much time in meetings. We’d rather be out where the machines are. It’s noisy and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the blueprints lying around. We don’t use marketing buzzwords because they don’t really help us build better furnaces or equipment. We just focus on the specs and the materials. It’s honest, difficult work that requires a lot of patience. We’ve become a familiar face here in Peenya just by sticking to what we know and not taking shortcuts. Therelek Engineers isn't a place for people who are afraid to get their hands dirty. We deal with real problems and find practical solutions on the shop floor. The 3rd Phase has a lot of history and we’re glad to be a part of it. When the machines are all humming at once, you can really feel the productivity.
