People usually find us on the 2nd floor of Srinivasa Mansion. It is right across from the Pai Viceroy Hotel on 9th Main. Being in Jayanagar III Block means there is always something happening outside. If you walk up the stairs, you will see our office where we handle all the insurance files and paperwork. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a good while now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The staff usually stays busy checking documents or talking on the phone with clients about their claims. We don’t have those big glass walls like the corporate offices in the tech parks. It feels more like a regular neighborhood workplace. On most days, we are just sorting through policies and making sure the records are in order. If the lift isn't working, the walk up to the second floor is a bit of a workout. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The windows look out onto the street where people are always rushing to the hotel or the nearby shops. It is a very normal office life here. We just show up, do the work, and deal with the daily insurance tasks that come our way. We are just a local team working in an old building.
