Our office is at 99/11 on Hanumanth Nagar, right on Gheekanta Road. It is a busy area with many shops and people moving about all day long. We have a small space here where we handle insurance matters for the local community. It is not a massive corporate headquarters with hundreds of floors. It is just a regular office with some desks and a couple of computers. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding cars, homes, and health coverage. People come in when they have a problem or need to renew a policy. We sit down and go through the details with them. It can be a bit dry sometimes, looking at all those numbers and terms, but it is what we do. The office can get a bit cluttered with files, and the printer often makes a loud noise, but we are used to it. We do not have a marketing team here. We are just the people who handle the claims and the forms. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or use our phones to keep working. It is a very normal, local setup. We try to be helpful when someone is stressed about a claim, but we do not use any fancy language to do it. We just tell them what the next step is and move on. It is not a glamorous job, but it matters.
