We’ve been set up at Sobha Pearl on the fourth floor for a while now. It’s right on Commissariat Road, which can get pretty busy during the day. Aon Specialist Services Private Limited isn't a huge operation here, just a group of us handling specific tasks that need doing. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The office is decent enough, though the elevator can be a bit slow when everyone's coming in at nine. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the work on our desks. Sometimes we go out for tea nearby when the weather isn't too hot. Dealing with the details is what takes up most of our time. It’s not flashy work, but it needs to get done correctly. We've got a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. You know how it is in a back-office setting. People come in, do their shift, and head home to beat the traffic. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central and people know where to find us. If you’re looking for us, we’re just past the main junction. It’s a plain office, nothing too fancy to look at. We try to keep things organized, even if the desk clutter says otherwise. It’s just how we run things here. Everyone just wants to finish their list and go home.
