Our office is called Sujay House, located on Uttaradhi Matt Road in Shankarapuram. It’s a quiet part of Bangalore, which is nice for when we have to sit down and go through insurance papers. We’ve been doing this for a long time, helping people with their renewals and explaining how the policies work without using too many big words. The building is our own little space, so it feels very comfortable. We have desks full of forms and a couple of old chairs for anyone who drops by to talk. Most of our work is just staying organized and making sure no one misses a deadline. It's not very exciting work, but it's important to the people who rely on us. We know most of our clients by name because they’ve been coming to us for years. Shankarapuram has a nice old-school feel to it, and we fit right in. We don't have any fancy software that does everything for us; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and memory. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork filed correctly every single day. There isn't much more to it than that. We just stay here and help out whoever walks through the door.
