Insurisk

The office for Insurisk is over in Cooke Town on Sundaramurthi Road. If you know Cox Town and this whole area, you know it still has some of those old trees and a bit of a quiet feel compared to the rest of the city. We are at number 16. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. Dealing with insurance and risk means there is always some paperwork to go through or a form that needs a signature. It is not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down and look through documents and policy details. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, but that gives us time to have a tea and talk about the news or the neighborhood. Most people who come in are regulars who have been with us for years. We know their families and their stories. It’s a very local way of doing business. We aren't trying to be some big multinational company. We are just a small team in Cooke Town trying to stay on top of the paperwork and keep the office running smoothly every day of the week.
