ACE GROUP

We are located at No 1809, Bhoomika, in the BCCHS Layout off Kanakapura Main Road in Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive out for some, but the area is much greener than the city center. ACE GROUP operates out of this house, and it really feels like a family business. The building is called Bhoomika, and it has a very welcoming feel to it. We have set up our workstations across the main floors. There is always the sound of someone typing or a phone ringing in the distance. We spend a lot of time on the phone because our clients are spread out all over. Living and working near Kanakapura Road means we see the city changing every day with new construction and roads. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a functional space where we keep our records and meet once in a while. We don't have a canteen, so we usually bring lunch from home or find something in Vajarahalli nearby. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have big HR policies or complex hierarchies. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and does it. We’ve been in the BCCHS layout for a while now, and we’ve become quite comfortable with the pace of life here. It’s just us doing our best to keep the business running smoothly from a quiet corner of Bangalore.
