The Open Box

The Open Box is on the 4th floor of the Halcyon Complex. We’re located at number 9 on St Marks Road in Bangalore, right across from Bishop Cotton Girls School. Being on the 4th floor means you have to come up the elevator or the stairs to find us. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always a lot of activity outside. We spend our days making sure the space is ready for whoever comes in. We’re not a corporate office; we’re just a local business trying to do our thing. The staff here are pretty relaxed. We don’t follow a script when we talk to people who walk in. We just handle the day-to-day tasks like cleaning the floors and checking the inventory. St Marks Road is a well-known area, so we see all kinds of people, from students to office workers. It can get pretty loud and crowded in the street, but we just stay focused on what’s happening inside our doors. We’ve been here in the Halcyon Complex for some time now. We don't do big speeches about what we do. We just open up, do the work, and close at the end of the day. It’s just a normal part of our lives. We try to keep the atmosphere honest and simple without any extra fluff. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs doing.
