The Nawab Speciality Restaurant

The Nawab Speciality Restaurant is located inside The Solitaire Hotel. You can find us at Number 3 Madhavnagar on Kumara Krupa Road in Bangalore. We are very close to the Race Course, which is a big landmark in this part of town. Bangalore is known for its trees and Kumara Krupa Road still has some nice ones around. It is a busy area though, especially when there are big events nearby. Being in Madhavnagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of action. The restaurant itself is part of the hotel, so we serve a lot of guests who are staying there for work. The kitchen gets busy around seven in the evening. We have our own way of prepping the food and we do not like to rush the process. The staff here mostly lives nearby or takes the bus to get to work. We have seen the city grow and the traffic get much worse over the years. But this corner of Kumara Krupa Road still feels okay compared to other spots. It is a bit more upscale than some other parts of the city. We do not use any fancy talk to describe ourselves. We just open the doors, cook the food, and clean up at night. It is a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the orders are right. That is what a typical day looks like for the crew.
