The Kitchen Emporium

We are located at number 12 on the New Tippasandra Main Road. It’s a good spot because we are directly opposite the post office in HAL 3rd Stage. You can’t really miss us if you are walking down that way to mail a letter. The shop is full of kitchen items, from small gadgets to larger things that people use every day. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to stock as much as possible on the shelves. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific type of container or a spare part for their stove. The main road is quite narrow and the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it brings a lot of people past our window. We spend a lot of time unpacking crates and putting things away. It’s physical work and your back starts to ache by the end of the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering questions and showing people where things are kept. The post office across the street is a busy place, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels like a community here. We just keep things running as best we can, making sure the shop stays open for whoever needs something for their home. It’s a simple business and we’ve been doing it this way for a while.
