The Bangalore School

The Bangalore School is tucked away at 307, Inner Circle in Whitefield. This part of town has a lot of history. The Inner Circle is a bit quieter than the main roads outside, which is nice. We are in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. The building at number 307 has its own character. It’s not one of those brand-new glass towers. We have some trees around the place that give good shade. Most of the people around here know us just as the school in the circle. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, but it’s a pleasant enough walk if the weather is okay. We spend our days managing the classrooms and making sure things stay in order. It’s a lot of small details. One day the plumbing is acting up, and the next day we are rearranging furniture for a small event. We don't have a big corporate office; we just work from the rooms we have. It’s a practical setup. Whitefield has changed so much around us, but the Inner Circle still feels a bit like the old days. We just keep doing what we do every morning when the doors open. The staff often chats outside near the gate during the lunch break. It is a simple place where we try to get through the work without too many distractions. Some of the windows rattle when the wind picks up. We just keep some paper wedged in the gaps to stop the noise.
