We are located at 594 on the 3rd Main Road in Basavanagar. It's a pretty straightforward spot to find once you are on the main road. The building is just a regular place where we set up our kitchen and some storage. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. Basavanagar is a nice area, not too loud but busy enough that you feel like you're part of the city. Most of our mornings are spent checking the inventory and making sure we have enough spices and grains for the week. We do a lot of traditional cooking here, the kind of stuff we grew up with. It takes a lot of time to get the flavors right, so we don't rush things. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to keep the kitchen cool, but we have some fans going. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It's just a few people who know how to cook well working together. We have some regulars who come by, and it's nice to see familiar faces. The 3rd Main Road can get a bit dusty when they are doing road work, which happens more often than we'd like. We just keep the doors shut and keep working. There is always a lot to clean at the end of the night. It's just a regular business doing regular work every day. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just try to get the seasoning right every time.
