Thank Goodness Its Friday Restaurant is over at Carlton Towers on Airport Main Road. We’re at number one, right in the Domlur area. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to or from the airport. It’s a bit of a landmark building, so we aren't too hard to find. We’ve been operating here for a while, and it’s a decent spot for a restaurant. We don't have a huge team of experts or a marketing firm. It’s just the kitchen staff and the people out front taking orders. We keep things pretty straightforward. The interior is just what you’d expect for a place in this part of town. Some days the traffic outside is really loud, but inside we just focus on the orders coming in. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city, just a reliable one for people nearby. Our staff has been with us for a bit, and we’ve all got our own way of doing things. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our busy rushes where things get a little chaotic, but we get through it. We just open up, do the cooking, and close down at night. It’s a regular routine in a busy part of Domlur.
