Working here at Electronic City Phase 1 has its ups and downs. We are situated on the 5th Floor in the West Wing, specifically at 2/94/2/95/2. It’s a big building and sometimes the elevators take forever, which is a bit of a pain when you’re in a hurry. Terex India Pvt. Ltd. is where we all gather to get through the workday. It’s an office environment, so there are a lot of desks, computers, and people on phone calls. We deal with various aspects of the business from here. Even though Electronic City is known for being high-tech and fast-paced, we try to keep things pretty down-to-earth in our wing. We aren't into those corporate slogans you see on posters. We just have our tasks and we try to do them right. Lunchtimes are usually spent at one of the local spots nearby, which is a good way to get out of the office for a bit. The 5th floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, though it’s mostly just other office buildings and traffic. We have a diverse group of people here and everyone just gets on with their own stuff. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, just a regular job in a busy part of town. We don't spend time trying to sound impressive. We just work on the projects we have and handle the day-to-day operations as they come. It’s just how things go for us here.
