Temptations

You can find us over at No.58 in the industrial layout area of Koramangala 5th Block. We are right on the road that leads to Jyothinivas College. It’s a very lively area with a lot of students and young people walking around all the time. Our building isn't anything special, just a practical space where we can get our work done. The traffic on the college road can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen a lot of businesses come and go. We just stay focused on our own kitchen and what we need to get done. There are a few of us working here, and we all have our specific jobs. One person handles the orders, others do the cooking, and someone is always cleaning. It’s a constant cycle. We don't really have a fancy interior or any of that. It’s mostly just equipment and ingredients everywhere you look. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute to catch some air when it gets too stuffy inside. Working in Koramangala is good because everything is close by. We buy our supplies from the local markets when we can. It’s a bit of a grind, but we are used to it by now. We don't talk much during the rush, we just work. It's a simple life but it keeps us on our toes every single day. We just try to keep everything organized despite the constant chaos.
