Down in the town of Paramakudi on Rastrapathi Street, you will find our office for Tecsol Engineers Pvt Ltd. We are located in the Ramanathapuram District of Tamil Nadu, which means it gets very hot here for most of the year. Our office at 10/217 is a basic place where we handle our engineering tasks. We don't have air conditioning in the main work areas, so the ceiling fans are always spinning as fast as they can go. It is a local business and most of us live close by, so we do not have a long commute. We know the people in town and they know who we are. The work we do isn't very hard to explain, but it does take a lot of time and attention to get the details right. We sit at our wooden desks and go through the plans one by one. There is no one here to give you a polished sales talk or anything like that. We just tell people what we can do and then we get on with it. Sometimes we take a small break to go get coffee from the shop around the corner. It is a slower pace of life compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. We don't feel the need to rush or act like we are more important than we are. We are just a local team doing our best.
