Our place is tucked away behind the GTTC building in Rajajinagar, specifically in the Jai Hind Society area on Road 12A. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads, which we actually like. We deal in engineering equipment, mostly supplying parts and tools to people who need them for their own projects or businesses. The office is full of boxes and catalogs because there are so many different pieces of equipment to keep track of. It’s just a few of us working here, so we usually handle everything from answering the phone to packing up orders ourselves. We’ve been in Rajajinagar for quite some time now and we’ve seen how much the area has grown. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central enough for people to reach. Sometimes customers come in looking for something very specific that’s hard to find, and we spend time trying to source it for them. We don't have a flashy showroom, it’s more of a practical workspace where we focus on getting the equipment out the door. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate look. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them find the tools they need for their work. It’s a straightforward business and we plan on keeping it that way for as long as we can. Dealing with all these different mechanical parts can be tiring, but it’s what we know how to do best after all these years.
