Our place is at 392 Peenya. We are right near the Nttf bus stop, which is actually really helpful for everyone who works here. Techno Talent Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for several years. Peenya is a heavy industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and big trucks moving around the streets. Our building is a bit grey and blends in with everything else on the block. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some drawing boards, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on shelves. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see someone working at a computer right away. The walls are covered with some old calendars and various charts we use. It gets quite dusty because of all the industrial activity outside the windows. We usually have a pot of coffee going in the corner of the room. The people here are mostly engineers or folks who have been in the trade for a long time. We talk shop a lot during the day. It’s not really a place for a lot of small talk. We just get on with whatever project is currently on the table. The bus stop is always crowded, so leaving at the end of the day takes some patience and time. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We fit right in because we aren't trying to be something we’re not. It’s just an honest day’s work at number 392.
