Technical Support Nonvoice

The office is located at 56 Rajajinagar on 19th Main Road in the 2nd Block. It is a pretty straightforward setup here. We do non-voice technical support, which basically means a lot of typing and looking at screens for most of the shift. There isn't much talking going on because everyone is busy answering messages or fixing things on the computer. Rajajinagar is a good area to be in, though the 19th main road can get a bit crowded during the peak hours. We have a small group of people working here. It is not one of those massive call centers you see in the movies. It is more like a quiet room where we just focus on the tickets that come in. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait a bit, which is just part of the job. Most of us live around here so the commute isn't too bad. We bring our lunch boxes and eat together in the small break area. It is a simple life at the office. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that on the walls. It’s just rows of computers and people doing their work. We like the local shops around the 2nd Block for tea in the evening. There is no big mystery to what we do here. We just show up, log in, and try to help people out through the chat system until it is time to go home.
