Team Works

Our place is over in Wilson Garden, specifically on the 3rd floor of IG Towers. We are at No. 223/12 -2 on 12th Cross. If you’re taking the bus, the 12th Cross bus stop is the best landmark because it’s right near us. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so we spend a lot of time watching the buses pull in and out from our window. The office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have desks shoved together and a small corner for making coffee that gets used way too much. We call ourselves Team Works because that’s basically how we get through the day—everyone pitching in on whatever needs doing. We don't have strict departments or fancy titles that don't mean much. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big project comes in, we all sit around the main table and figure it out. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been in this Wilson Garden spot for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building is solid, though the elevator is a bit slow some days. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home at a decent hour. It’s a regular job with regular people, and we like the rhythm of it. It works for us.
