Team Synchronizers

Our office is over on Basappa Road in Shanthinagar. It’s not a very big place, just a room at Number 17 where we keep all our folders and gear. Team Synchronizers is really just a bunch of us who like getting things organized. Bangalore is a busy city and things can get messy fast when you're trying to put together a gathering or a project. We mostly spend our time on the phone or running around the city making sure people are where they are supposed to be. Shanthinagar is a central spot, which helps when we need to get to different parts of town quickly. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up and try to make sure everything lines up correctly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or someone doesn't show up, and that’s when we have to work the hardest. We’ve been at this for a bit now. You won’t find any shiny brochures here. We usually just write notes on whatever paper is handy and keep moving. The neighbors on Basappa Road are nice, and we try to keep the noise down. It’s a lot of work, and some days are longer than others, especially when there's a big event coming up. We like the challenge of making different parts work together. It’s just what we do every day. Nothing more, nothing less. When the day is done, we just lock up and head home to get ready for the next one.
