Taste Buds is located inside Karthik Apartments at No.102. We are in the Ramgopal Layout area, specifically in Subbanapalya. If you find the Utam Sagar Hotel on Banaswadi Main Road, we are in the lane right opposite to it. It’s a bit of a specific location to explain to people, but once you find that hotel, it’s actually very easy to get to us. We run our whole business out of this apartment space. It’s not a big, shiny commercial kitchen, just a practical place where we get things done every day. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and be our own bosses. It’s been a big learning process for everyone involved here. Some days we have way too much work to handle and some days it's very quiet. We don't use any flashy ads or pay for marketing. We just talk to the people who live in the building and the surrounding streets. Banaswadi is a nice place to be based. We have some really good neighbors who even help us out with small things sometimes when we're in a rush. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just local people making food for our customers. It’s a simple way to make a living and support ourselves. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the cooking and the orders. Every day is a bit different, but we like the challenge of it all. It’s just how we live.
