Talent Intervention Group

Talent Intervention Group operates out of the first floor at 17 Indira Nagar, Megha Layout. We are right in the Bilekahalli area. The office is a bit small, but we make it work with the desks we have squeezed in there. It’s a busy place with people coming and going for interviews or just to talk about jobs. We have a lot of files piled up on the side tables because the cabinets are already full. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you get into the main room, it’s bright enough. We spend most of our hours looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their career. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner for making tea. The floor is tile and it’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. Megha Layout is a decent spot, though the traffic near Bilekahalli can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk is a sea of post-it notes. It’s just a group of us trying to help people find where they fit best. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re usually here until late if the work piles up. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits.
