Taipan Restaurant Coles Road

Taipan Restaurant Coles Road is located at No.67 in Frazer Town. This part of 560005 has a lot of history and we are just one small part of the neighborhood. The kitchen is always the loudest place here. You can hear the metal pans clanking and the chefs shouting out orders over the sound of the big exhaust fan. We have been on Coles Road for a long time. The street outside is always packed with cars and people walking to the different shops nearby. Inside, we have chairs that have seen better days but they are comfortable enough for a meal. We do not spend money on fancy menus or gold frames for the walls. We just put the food out and hope people enjoy what they eat. Sometimes we run out of something and someone has to run to the market down the road to get more supplies. It gets really crowded on the weekends, which makes it hard for us to move between the tables. The floor is a bit uneven in the back corner, so you have to watch your step. We have a regular group of people from Frazer Town who come in every Friday like clockwork. They sit in the same spot and tell the same jokes to the waiters. It is a simple operation.
