Our office is located on the 7th floor of Prestige Meridian-1, which is at No. 29 on M.G. Road. Tadano India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Units 707 to 710. Being on M.G. Road means we are right in the center of all the action in Bangalore. You can look out the windows and see the traffic crawling along and people walking on the sidewalks below. It’s a different environment from a ground-floor workshop. We have elevators and a reception area, but it’s still a place where real work happens every day. The office is usually busy with people on phones or working on their computers. We deal with the administrative and technical side of things from this location. The city noise is muffled by the glass, but you can still feel the energy of the place. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most of us head out to the local eateries for lunch or bring something from home to eat at our desks. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare depending on the time of day, but that is just life in this city. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get cluttered with files and drawings. It’s a professional space but we keep it friendly and informal among the staff. We’ve been in this building for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us.
