Taam Restaurant

Taam Restaurant is located right in the middle of Koramangala. It’s a very lively and noisy part of town, as everyone who lives in Bangalore knows. We’ve been here for a bit, seeing the whole area change and grow all around us. Our place isn't very large, but we make it work with the space we have available. We spend most of our time either in the kitchen or out front talking to the people who come in regularly to eat. It’s a simple setup. We don't go for the trendy or expensive decor you see in all those other new places nearby. We just have sturdy tables and chairs that work for everyone. Sometimes the music from the shops on the street is a bit loud, but it just adds to the local atmosphere. We serve people every day and try to keep everything consistent. It’s a lot of hard work running a restaurant. You have to be there early to prep and stay late to clean up. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone taking fancy photos for us. We just rely on people walking in because they're hungry and they see our sign on the street. It’s a practical, no-nonsense business. We’ve had our ups and downs over the years, but we’re still here doing what we do. Koramangala is a very competitive place to be, but we just do our own thing and don't worry too much about what everyone else is doing around us. It's home.
