T T Insurance Services

We are based in the Raheja Chambers building, right on Mahatma Gandhi Road near Shivaji Chowk. Our office number is 228 on the twelfth floor. It’s a pretty tall building, so we get a decent view of the traffic down below. T T Insurance Services is a small operation. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through paperwork. Insurance isn't the most exciting thing in the world, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to see us. There is no need for complicated talk or confusing terms that nobody understands. Our office is a bit cramped with filing cabinets, but that’s because we keep a lot of records. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. It’s not a fancy lounge, just a regular office. We’ve been at this MG Road location for quite a few years now. Most of the other people in the building know us by now. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places around Shivaji Chowk. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of people moving about. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write things down as they are. If someone has a question about a policy, we just look it up and tell them the answer directly. It’s honest work and keeps us busy.
