Szechaun Garden Restaurant Koramangala

We have been at No. 7 on the 80 Feet Road in Koramangala for quite a long time. This part of Bangalore has changed so much since we first started, with new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. But we are still here in the same spot. The traffic on 80 Feet Road is always a mess, especially in the evenings, but people still find their way to us. We do Chinese food, mostly the spicy Szechaun style that people around here seem to like. The kitchen is always loud with the sound of woks and the exhaust fan going full blast. It gets really hot in there, but that is just the way it is. We have some waiters who have been with us for years and know exactly what the regulars are going to order before they even sit down. We don't have any of that modern decor or fancy lighting you see in the new places nearby. Our tables are simple, and we focus more on what is happening in the kitchen. On weekends, we get a lot of young people who live in the PGs nearby looking for a quick meal. It’s a busy life in Koramangala, and we are just happy to be a part of it. We keep things simple and just try to get the food out hot and fresh to whoever walks through the door.
