System Advisers Group

Our office is over in Mahalaxmi Puram inside the Shankar Shopping Center. It’s a local spot where people come for their daily shopping, and we’ve been tucked away here for a good while. System Advisers Group isn't a big corporate firm with glass walls and expensive rugs. We have a modest space with a few computers and some desks that have seen better days. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to solve problems for people who come in. Sometimes it’s a small issue, and other times we have to sit and think for a long time to figure it out. The shopping center can get quite crowded on the weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just us and the other shop owners. We know the guy who runs the tea stall nearby pretty well. There’s no dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or small businesses nearby who need a bit of help with their systems. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it, just explain things in plain English. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest group out there, just reliable for the folks who know where to find us in the back of the center. Most days we just keep at it until the lights go out.
