Synthetic Packers Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Peenya Industrial Area, specifically in the IV Phase at 262 and 263. If you know Peenya, you know it’s a massive place with lots of different businesses. We fit right in with the rest of them. Our units are mostly filled with packaging materials and the machines we use to get everything ready. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stacks of boxes and rolls. We’ve been here for quite a while, watching the area change and grow. It’s always noisy with the sounds of the industrial estate, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is pretty small, just enough to keep the machines running and the orders moving out the door. We don't really have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in work clothes covered in a bit of dust. That’s just the nature of what we do. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of things, making sure nothing goes out wrong. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We don’t do a lot of advertising or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’re also in the Peenya area. We just stick to what we know and try to keep our neighbors happy. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't looking to change the world, just to finish our work.
