Our place is located at No 63, right on the 2nd Cross in Laxminagar. It’s part of the Kirloskar Colony area, just west of Chord Road here in Bangalore. If you know the 560079 zip code, you know it's a settled area with a lot of history. We’ve been operating under the name Synthesis Winding Technologies Pvt Ltd for a bit now. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need for the work. It’s a bit tucked away, so sometimes people have to call us for directions once they get near Chord Road. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of winding. There is always a lot of noise from the tools and the machines running, which is fine by us. It feels like real work is happening. The team is small, just a few of us who know the machines well. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the day is spent on the floor, checking parts and making sure the winding is done right. It can be tiring, and some days the heat in Bangalore gets to us, but we keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do the work that comes in and go home. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in Laxminagar. There’s no fancy marketing or corporate talk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, but we manage just fine.
