We’ve been here at B-383 in the Peenya Industrial Estate for a while now. If you know the 1st Stage area, you know how busy 4th Main and 6th Cross get during the shift changes. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and someone heading out to get tea for the guys on the floor. It gets pretty dusty around here with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our time dealing with switches and parts, making sure everything is sorted before the day ends. The lighting inside isn't the best, and sometimes the fans make too much noise, but we’re used to it. People often walk past our gate looking for other units because the numbering in Peenya can be a bit confusing if you aren't local. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, if someone comes by, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We keep our tools organized on the old wooden racks, though they’ve seen better days. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of orders and making sure the packing is done right. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment needs to go out, watching the streetlights flicker on. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
