Swayamvar Kalyana Mantap

This kalyana mantap is located on Hennur Road, right across from the Indian Academy Degree College. It’s number 184/1. Being near a college means there are always students around, walking to the bus stop or getting tea nearby. The road is always busy. We have a lot of space for people to gather. When there is a big wedding, the whole front area gets filled with cars and people in nice clothes. I spend a lot of time just making sure the gates are open and the water is running. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We don’t have a big corporate team. It’s just us here, making sure the hall is ready for the next family. Hennur Road has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up. But our spot stays pretty much the same. Inside, it’s big and echoing when it’s empty. Then the decorators come and change everything. I like watching the flowers being put up. It smells good for a day or two. Then we clean it all up and start again. It’s a cycle. We don't do any big ads. People in the neighborhood just know we are here. It’s a solid building and it does the job for the families who come to us. We just try to keep things organized and simple for everyone.
