Swadha Temptations

You can find Swadha Temptations over on Hosur Road, specifically in Beretena Agrahara. We are situated right behind Jubiliant Motors. Being in Electronic City means there is always a lot of traffic and noise from the main road. Our workshop is a bit hidden away behind the big car showroom. We spend our days dealing with large quantities of ingredients because that’s the nature of this work. We have several workers who come in early to start the grinding and the cutting. It’s a busy environment. The heat from the large ovens can be quite intense, especially when we are doing a lot of baking or roasting. We have stainless steel counters that we use for everything from rolling out dough to packing boxes. Because we are near Hosur Road, we have to plan our deliveries carefully to avoid getting stuck in the long traffic jams. It’s a constant battle with the clock. Our place isn't designed for visitors, it's purely a production unit. We have stacks of crates and bags of flour everywhere. It looks a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy titles for ourselves; we are just people who make food. It's a lot of standing and lifting, but it's what we do here in Beretena Agrahara every single day.
