We’re located at number 13 on 2nd Cross in the Muniswamappa Industrial Area. This part of Garvebhavi Palya is always humming with activity. Since we’re just off Hosur Road, the traffic is a constant backdrop to our workday. Our shop is one of many in this row, and you can usually hear the sound of welding or grinding coming from our neighbors. It’s a dusty place, and the road outside is a bit bumpy with all the heavy trucks passing through. We have a basic workshop with some heavy machinery and benches for assembly. The walls are painted a dull color and are covered in calendars and old tools. We’ve got a small area for the staff to keep their belongings. Most of us have been working in engineering for a long time. We don't use much fancy software here. It’s more about manual work and knowing how the metal behaves under different tools. The rain sometimes causes issues with the drainage on our street, so we have to be careful during the monsoon. We usually buy tea from the guy who comes around on a bicycle in the afternoons. Our setup is very straightforward. We don't have any polished floors or air-conditioned waiting rooms. It’s just a place where we get our hands dirty and finish the jobs as they come in. It’s a tight-knit community of workers here in the industrial area, and we like it that way.
