S.V.G Exports Pvt Ltd is based on the first floor of building number 19 on Kanakapura Main Road. Doddakallasandra is a pretty busy area, so being right on the main road is good for visibility, even if the traffic noise is constant. We have a simple setup upstairs. Since we are in exports, a lot of our time is spent on the phone or tracking shipments on the computer. It is not an overly complicated business, but it keeps us on our toes. The first floor is okay, though carrying heavy boxes up the stairs can be a bit of a workout when the lift isn't behaving. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and some charts to keep track of what is going where. The space is divided into a couple of small rooms where we keep the records and handle the daily admin stuff. Doddakallasandra has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. We usually take our breaks at the small cafe down the road. It’s a regular routine for us. We just come in, check the logs, talk to the suppliers, and try to get everything shipped out on time. It’s a practical life, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a small crew handling exports from our corner on the main road.
