We’ve been over here at Sidco Industrial Estate for a while now. If you know Rajajinagar, you know how busy the SG Highway gets during the mornings. Our shop, Surya Cnc, stays pretty loud most days because the machines are usually running. It’s not the quietest place to work, but that’s just how an industrial area is. We spend a lot of time just keeping the equipment clean and making sure the parts come out right. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when we need a break from the metal shavings and the humming. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in or a machine decides to act up right before we’re supposed to head home. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just the workshop floor and a small desk where we keep the paperwork. People usually just drop by if they need something done. The address is easy enough to find once you get into the estate. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go around here, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s mostly just hard work and getting used to the smell of coolant and grease every day. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most folks find us because they’re already in the neighborhood or someone told them we have the right setup for their job. It’s been this way for years, and we don't expect it to change much.
