Out in the Jigani Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No: 110 on Road 4, Space 2, you will find Sumukha Engineering Private Limited. It’s quite a way out from the main city, but this is where the space is. We have a decent-sized plot here. The roads around Jigani can be a bit rough, especially when the rains come, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We handle a lot of engineering work here every day. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the small details. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of workers. It’s a smaller group of us who have been together for a while. We know who is good at what. The workshop gets pretty loud when all the machines are going at once. We usually have to shout to be heard over the noise. There isn't anything fancy about our setup. It’s just a practical space designed for getting work done. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We’d rather spend it on better tools or keeping the machines maintained. Most of our day is spent looking at parts and making sure they meet the requirements. It’s steady work. We show up early, do the job, and head home when it’s finished. That’s the way it’s always been for us. We just focus on the metal and the machines.
