You can find us in Malleshwaram on Temple Road, right at the 11th Cross. We’re on the first floor, just above the Canara Bank. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the bank. Our office is usually filled with papers, maps, and people talking on their phones. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our whole day figuring out how to get things from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls to drivers and checking on where trucks are located. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays on the highway that we have to deal with. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of tea being drunk while we wait for updates. The bells from the temple nearby are a constant sound in the background, which is actually quite nice. It gets busy during the middle of the day when all the shipments are in transit. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many moving parts, it can get a bit chaotic. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the locals know us. We just focus on the routes and the timing. It’s practical work and we just take it one day at a time, making sure things eventually get to where they belong. We stay here until the last truck is tracked for the night.
