We are located at 3EC/159 in Kasturi Nagar. It’s over in the BSK 1ST Stage area, specifically the 2nd Block on 50 Feet Road. That road is always busy with vehicles and people walking around. S M S Logistics Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for loading and unloading small things. We have a lot of paperwork because of all the tracking and the different routes our drivers take. It’s not a very big space inside, so we have to be careful about where we stack boxes and files. The 50 Feet Road is a good spot because it connects us to the rest of the city pretty easily, though the traffic at 5 PM is a nightmare. We have a few desks and a lot of maps on the wall. The staff is mostly just local people who know all the shortcuts around BSK. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more about making sure the drivers know where they are going and that the stuff gets there on time. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to do things the old way with pens and paper. We keep some plastic chairs outside for when the drivers are waiting for their next trip. It’s a straightforward business. We just handle the logistics part and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of phone calls all day.
