If you go to the Xylem building on the 4th floor, that is where you will find our team. We are located in the Dyavasandra Industrial Area in Mahadevapura. It is a busy part of Bangalore, and the traffic on the main road can be quite a struggle some days. Our office is a bit more modern than the factories nearby, but it is still a place where a lot of hard work happens. We have rows of desks and people staring at screens for most of the day. It is not all high-tech talk; mostly it is just about getting the operations sorted out and looking at data. The view from the fourth floor shows a lot of other industrial buildings and the trees that line the road. We have a small pantry where we go to get water or a quick snack. People are always walking back and forth between meetings or talking over their cubicle walls. It is a professional atmosphere, but we keep it pretty relaxed among the staff. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated rules. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to make sense of the project at hand. The parking downstairs is usually full by nine, so most of us try to get in early. It is a typical office life in a growing part of the city, focusing on the day-to-day tasks that keep the whole operation running.
