We’ve been running Indo Llyod Freight Systems Pvt Ltd for some time now out of our office in Konena Agrahara. It’s located on the first floor of the Jubilee MerideanUniy building, right in Annappa Layout. Dealing with freight is one of those jobs that never really stops once the day begins. Most of our morning is spent looking at schedules and making sure things are moving the way they should be across the routes. It’s not a glamorous business, mostly just keeping track of boxes and containers and dealing with the pile of paperwork that goes with them. The office gets quite busy, especially when everything is being sorted out for the day's deliveries. We are right in the middle of a lively area, and finding us at number 32 isn't too hard once you know the layout. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a workout if you have to do them five or six times a day. We try to keep things straightforward here. If someone asks where their stuff is, we just tell them the truth based on what we see on the screen. It takes a lot of patience to manage logistics because something usually goes sideways at least once a week. We just handle it as it comes. The team has been together for a while, so we know how to work around each other. It's just a regular local operation making sure the freight gets where it needs to go.
