You can find us in Richmond Town on Convent Road. We are right near the Citi Bank ATM, which is a good landmark if you are looking for the place at number 6. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees and older buildings. Our office is a bit of a mix of old-fashioned and modern stuff. We handle a lot of international services, which means we spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone dealing with different time zones. It can get a bit confusing sometimes when you’re trying to coordinate things across the world. The staff here are pretty relaxed but we stay busy. We have a few desks and a lot of files. We’ve been at this Richmond Town location for quite a while, and we like the neighborhood. It’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. People usually come in with specific needs for travel or other international requirements. We sit down and go through the steps with them. There is no script or anything, we just talk through what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late because of the time differences. It’s just how the job works. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It is a small team and we all know each other well. We have been here for several years and it feels like home for the crew.
